We personally are making sure you are being paid fairly for your work. Because we work with you, we know how challenging your job is, this is why we pay fairly not only for your working time, but we are paying 25% more if you are working more than 48 hours a week for us. We are paying bonus if your picking speed is meeting our standards.
Accommodation
We provide accommodation suitable for all. All our caravans are self-containing, with hot water, bathroom and kitchen. Also, we ensure that while working with us you will not pay for transport to work. We will take you shopping weekly.
