We use coco peat to help maximise yield and because it is free draining, preventing unnecessary build-up

We grow our strawberries off the ground in our tabletop system so that we can better maintain root health

We use biological predators rather than chemicals to ensure plant health. We also prune, tidy and maintain the plants all through the growing process.

Fruit

We benchmark, blind test and conduct market research every year so that we're always growing the best eating varieties available - Eve's Delight and Sweet Eve
